Xbox 360 20Gb launch edition and my TV: Vizio 47" 1080p LCD
My PC, the guts have changed but the case has remained the same for seven years.

My PC monitor: Acer 22" 1680x1050 resolution LCD
My Laptop: Dell Inspiron 1501, 17" screen, Turion 64 X2 Mobile (1.6Ghz), 2GB PC2 5200, Integrated Radeon Xpress 1150 256MB, Windows 7
I've added a Playstation 3 Slim 120Gb to the mix.

I'm officially jealous of that PC :-(
yeah, it does me proud. the graphic card holds it back a little bit but I can still run damn near anything with it... just some games like stalker and crysis sit right around 32FPS which is a little low if there are any spikes.
still complaining about that just makes me an ass so I'll shut up.
